We'll Humanely Remove Skunks Now!
And Guarantee To Keep Them Out.

Where are Skunks Commonly Found?

Underneath structures: In the wild, skunks prefer to create dens by burying underneath the base of a tree.  However, in urban settings they have a wider range of shelters and can be found under decks, sheds, porches, houses and other solid foundations.  They will burrow into the ground and create a bowl-shaped depression lined with grass and leaves as their primary residence.

Inspection & Assessment

Complete building inspection: We will assess your entire building and advise you of any issues or concerns that we find.  Because this is a comprehensive audit, we will present you with a list of necessary repairs or maintenance that we feel your structure requires in order to remain free of skunks and other animals.

Signs of digging and burrowing: We will look for signs of digging and burrowing around your building.  Damage to lawns or gardens are also indicative of skunk activity.

Den location: We will assess the location of the skunks den and continue by determining the most appropriate method of removal.

Effective Skunk Removal

Hands-on: Our technicians will attempt to gain access to the den and use various hands-on techniques to gently remove the skunks.  However, in some cases, we may need to utilize a skunk one way door to prevent any unnecessary spray.

All families: Skunks are very social animals and during Fall and Winter months several families may congregate in a single den site. Each mother can have 4 - 6 babies in a litter from the Spring. The babies will remain with their mother until mating season nears in the Winter.

All den sites: Skunks will commonly have 5 or 6 alternate den sites. So we can exclude them from your property by repairing any den access on your property. Skunk proofing repairs are done by digging a trench and installing galvanized steel screening into the ground.

Eliminate odours: We will deodorize the area to deter other animals from being attracted to the odours left behind.

GUARANTEED EXCLUSION!: Our wildlife technicians will screen all entry and problem area where skunks may be able to enter. We will use heavy gauge gualvanized steel screening to exclude the skunks which is guaranteed for up to five years.
