Raccoon Removal and Exclusion
We'll Humanely Remove Raccoons Now!
And Guarantee To Keep Them Out.
Where Are Raccoons Commonly Found?
Dry: Raccoons will establish their dens in dry, secure locations. They can be found in crawlspaces, under sheds and decks, in chimneys, and in roofs. It is also common to find them in spaces over bedrooms where it is most quiet during the daytime; and because they are nocturnal, they can be a nuisance at night.
Inspection & Assessment
Complete building inspection: We will complete a 34 point inspection identifying entry points, problem areas and damage by raccoons as well as entry points for other species. Because this is a comprehensive audit, we will present you with a list of necessary repairs or maintenance that we feel your structure requires in order to remain free of raccoons and other animals.
Locate entry points: Feces and fur can be found around entry points accompanied by a strong odour. Our trained technicians will locate all the possible raccoon’s entry points and, where accessible, show them to you visually. In hard to reach areas, we will do our best to describe what we have found.
Den location: We will assess the location of the raccoon den site and continue by determining the most appropriate method of removal.
Effective Raccoon Removal
Hands-on: Our technicians will gain access to the den site and use various hands-on techniques to humanely remove all raccoons present.
Comprehensive: We take into consideration the seasonal behaviours of the raccoons. During Fall and Winter months raccoons exhibit various behavioural patterns which dictate different removal procedures .
Eliminate odours: We will also deodorize the area to deter other animals from being attracted and prevent unpleasant smells from entering your work and living areas.
