Where Are Bats Typically Found?

Up high: Bats are most often found living in higher portions of buildings. They will usually enter into the structure through very small gaps as to be safe from preditors. They can also be found flying around inside homes and businesses when they enter the living space by accident.

Inspection & Assessment

Complete building inspection: We will assess your entire building and advise you of any issues or concerns that we find.  Because this is a comprehensive audit, we will also present you with a list of necessary repairs or maintenance that we feel your structure requires in order to remain free of bats and other animals.

Colony location: We will then locate the bat colonies and continue by determining the most appropriate method of removal.

Determine breeding stage: If we find that there are baby bats on your premises, we may need to return at a later date when they are able to fly.  This ensures that the babies are not left to die and decay inside your building causing odors and health problems.

Effective Bat Removal

Hands-on: Our technicians will remove bats by hand when possible.

One-way doors: We may install one-way doors on points of entry which allow bats to exit the building but not re-enter.  This is a humane and effective method of bat exclusion.

Odors and cleanup: We will deodorize the area to deter other animals from being attracted and prevent unpleasant smells from entering your work and living areas.

GUARANTEED EXCLUSION!: Our wildlife technicians will seal all the potential openings in your building with heavy gauge gualvanized steel screening and/or caulking.  All materials used to exclude  bats are of the highest quality and are guaranteed for up to five years.
